How it works

Quote to delivered in four steps.

You send the cargo details and approve one price. SP GROUP CARGO books and coordinates every leg in between, then tracks it to your dock.

  1. Tell us the cargo

Origin, destination, container type or volume, and the cargo ready date. That is enough to price the move.

  2. Get one all-in price

One number for every leg, priced from current carrier rates. Each quote shows the date it is valid until.

  3. We book and coordinate every leg

Origin pickup, export handling, the sailing or flight, US customs, drayage and delivery, sequenced as one move.

  4. Track to your dock, pay in one place

Follow each container to proof of delivery. Documents and one invoice per shipment sit in one account.

FAQ

Questions importers ask.

Straight answers on price, lanes, timing, customs and tracking.

How is the price firm?

Every leg is priced together from current carrier rates: origin pickup, export handling, ocean or air, US customs, drayage and delivery. The quote shows one all-in number and the date it is valid until, with no hidden accessorials outside it. Import duty and taxes are paid by the importer of record and are not part of the number.

Which lanes and container types do you cover?

Vietnam, Korea, China and the wider region into the US. The main gateways are Los Angeles/Long Beach and New York/New Jersey, with inland delivery beyond. Full containers (20′, 40′, 40′ HC), LCL and air. Apparel and consumer goods are the core of the business after 20+ years in Asia → US trade. If your lane is not listed, ask. We quote it.

How fast can my first container move?

Once you accept a quote, the booking goes against the next available cut-off on that lane. Opening an account takes basic company details and your importer information. Your first quote does not wait on either.

Who is the importer of record, and who is liable?

You remain the importer of record, as the owner of the goods. A licensed US customs broker files the entry on your behalf under a standard power of attorney. Cargo liability across the move follows our forwarding terms, and each responsibility is set out before your first booking.

How will I know where my container is?

Every container is tracked from booking to proof of delivery. You receive an arrival notice 7–9 days before ETA, a delivery notice, and a schedule alert if the ETA moves by two days or more.

Where do my documents and invoices live?

In your account, filed to each container: booking confirmation, bill of lading (B/L), commercial invoice, packing list, delivery order and proof of delivery, next to one invoice per shipment.
